Zoo Engagements /// Rebecca + Ryan

Where else would two veterinarians take engagement photos? The zoo of course!! We spent the afternoon with Rebecca and Ryan at the Acadiana Zoo with some gorgeous animals (and a gorgeous couple).

After having to have an ostrich chased away by the amazing Matt, we headed to the giraffes. I have to admit, it was kind of cool being stalked by an ostrich haha! The giraffes, Gabriel and Evangeline, stole the show! They were so sweet! They were married last year. I want to go back just to hang out with them for the day!

Rebecca and Ryan fed the llamas and even went on the gibbon island. The sunset was just peeking through the azaleas and the gibbons were super comfy in their tree tops and chose not to join them.

Parc Lafayette Engagements /// Ashley + Matthew

I love getting to know our couples. The way they interact. How they make each other smile.

These two were a joy to hang out with!! We all constantly had a smile on our faces.

I can't wait for their wedding!!

We started out at Parc Lafayette, then headed over to Main Street in River Ranch. Perfect day for photos! The only thing missing was their gorgeous doggies!!

River Ranch Engagements /// Sammi + Antonio

As we walked around River Ranch and Parc Lafayette, I could see it. In the way they look at each other. The way he makes her smile. His eyes as he watches her. The glances between posing.

The same glances and smiles that brought them together.
I mean, look at these two! Who could resist?!

We had so much fun with Sammi, Antonio, and their pup Daisy!
I love when couples incorporate personal touches into their sessions!
Bringing along Daisy was perfect for their engagement photos. She's so photogenic! Cutest doggie ever!

We can't wait for their wedding!!

Lauren + Bryan /// River Ranch Engagements

The way they look at each other would melt the polar ice caps. You can't help but smile when you are around them. It's completely contagious! Lauren and Bryan are completely perfect for each other, and you can feel the connection between them!

We spent the afternoon walking around Parc Lafayette then headed to River Ranch to walk along MainStreet. It was such a gorgeous day! Here's a peek into our fun filled afternoon! (I bet you smile looking through these!)

Candice + Josh - Girard Park Engagements

After having so much fun with these two at Kart Ranch for the Part I of their engagement session, we headed to Girard Park for Part II.

The weather was chilly, but they braved it. We fed the ducks as we walked the park and took super cute photos!

I completely adore these two - they ooze happiness and their smiles are completely contagious!

Candice + Josh - Engagements at Kart Ranch

As soon as I met Candice, I knew we were going to be BFF's. I saw instantly what drew Josh to her (and her to Josh) - they both have a gorgeous smile that draws you in, and a super awesome personality to go with it!

Of course, for a couple who are kids at heart, where else would we do an engagement session?? Kart Ranch created the perfect setting for these two to showcase their playfulness and youthful spirit.
